Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Oversee various divisions such as loan inquiries/applications, credit control, loan dispersal and resolving a range of administrative/operation problems and inquiries.
  • Any duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Singapore Citizen / PR to apply with diploma or degree in accountancy.
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese in order to liaise with associates and clients.
  • Self-motivated, customer service orientated, meticulous.
  • Able to start work immediately or in short notice.

Salary range –from SGD 2500 to SGD 4000 based on experience. 5 ½ days working week. Working hours 11am to 8pm (Mon-Fri), 11am to 4pm (Either Sat or Sun). Workplace near Aljunied MRT station.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities.
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Assume any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level.
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese in order to liaise with associates and clients.
  • Ability to communicate in dialect will be an advantage.
  • Customer service oriented.

Salary range – SGD 1800 to SGD 2000 based on experience. 5 1/2 days working week. Working hours 11 am to 8 pm (Mon-Fri), 11 am to 4 pm (Either Sat or Sun). Workplace near Aljunied MRT station.
